II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Education level Bachelor Degree or higher
2. Qualification Bachelor Degree Industrial and Systems engineering or mechanical engineering or relevant in oil & gas or wind energy sector.
3. Working experience – Having experiences, knowledges of working with heavy industry projects in manufacturing steel structure especially for oil and gas or wind farm projects
– Having experiences, knowledges of manufacturing equipment such as rolling machine, Plasma, CNC, welding machine, goliath crane, overhead crane, blasting and painting system.
– Having experiences, knowledges of technology & plant equipment systems in manufacturing process of steel structure. Being familiar with Lean Six Sigma Method for steel fabrication.
– Having experiences, knowledges of logistic and supply chain management.
4. English level – Good English at work and communication (equivalent TOEIC 650 points or IELTS 6.0)
5. Computer skills – AutoCAD 2D & 3D
– Microsoft Word, power point, Excel, internet…
6. Others – Having experience of R&D for manufacturing system.
– Team work skill.
– Planning and time management skill.
– Familiar with international project procedures.
III. JOB DESCRIPTION

3. Obligation – Rights
Industrial and Systems Engineer shall be responsible for all tasks that assigned by Team Leader, included but not limited to:
– Prepare the manufacturing process for steel structure (mass production and batch production).
– Prepare the capacity, main parameters, datasheet for procurement of equipment including: CNC/plasma Cutter, Rolling machine, gantry Crane, overhead crane.
– Prepare the process of manufacturing with Lean Six Sigma method.
– Record and analyze the data input of Productivity of manufacturing process.
– Carry out work in accordance with company and project Health, safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
4. Other tasks – Tasks are given as per the request from the Team Leader in charge.
5. Internal Relations – With the relevant department’s parts of the project, other disciplines, departments.
6. External Relations – Clients, sub-contractors, vendors/ suppliers.
7. Standards of performance – Complied with the procedure of the company or implemented as per the request of other managers, project manager or the client.

PMS ADMIN
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education : Level Bachelor degree
2. Qualification :Information Technology/ Software Development/ Industry
Management
3. Working Experience
At least 02 years in Software Business Analysis and/or Application development and/or ERP Operation.
4. English level
Fluent in use.
5. Computer skills
At least 2 of the requirements below Programming Desktop: C# Mobile: Native/ React Native/ Flutter Web: PHP/ ASP.Net Database – SQL: MSSQL/ MySOL. NoSQL: MongoDB/AWS/ Firebase OS: Windows/ Linux Microsoft Office Data analytics And other professional software products.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Project PMS Administrator is the person, who is in charge of development and operation activities using PMS ecosystem.
His/her responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Ensure the PMS system works steadily, effectively and solve problems if any.
– Workfront analysis to anticipate future material procurement and design changes to the project plan. : Check the cone ford peminity in on Parous modules; implement clashing checking among them.
– Check and verify the adequacy, accuracy and logical links of PMS database.
– Coordinate with all Disciplines, Departments to expedite and finalize data input into PMS Database.
– Query and receive information from all Departments for the update and troubleshooting of PMS System.
– Interface with Suppliers for upgrading/ maintenance/ troubleshooting of PMS System.
Tasks are applied once incurring or tasks are given as per the request from Project Manager or Project Management Team leader. Relevant departments / workshops or project disciplines. Clients and other disciplines relating to assigned tasks. Standards of performance should be complied with the Performance Appraisal procedure of the Company or implemented as per the request of Project Manager or the Client

LIFTING/ LOADOUT ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS
- Education level Bachelor or higher degree
- Graduated in technical fields: Construction / Civil work Qualifications Structural Mechanics Have knowledge of Vietnam and international standards and specifications of construction engineering.
- Working experience At least 01 year of experience in construction and structural calculation.
- English level Minimum TOEIC 500 or equivalent
- Computer Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, Express, Auto CAD, SAP, SACS…. – Site supervision skills
- Training course – Safety regulation Have knowledge in structure, used cranes in the company, procedures and methods relating to the interface with other relevant teams in project.
- Requirements Have deep understanding of regulations and laws of the Company, the Corporation, the Group and the Vietnamese Government. Have basic cognition of Company’s management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and 5S

3. Obligations – Rights Obligations:
- Receive assigned tasks and responsible for the safety, quality, schedule and efficiency of lifting / load-out engineering to Project Engineering Manager and Construction Manager.
- Directly complete lifting / load -out engineering and calculations.
- Research and improve initiatives/innovations, construction/lifting/Load-out methods to ensure the safety and the efficiency.
- Contribute ideas to Construction Engineering Manager/ Engineering Manager to complete assigned duties.
- Implement TBE and procurements relating to structure, construction and lifting/ load out activities.
- Responsible for completing his/her assigned tasks in accordance with requirements and safety conditions during work implementation.
- Responsible for the violations of the company’s regulations.
- Have the right to refuse or stop implementing his/her own assigned tasks or other ones’ tasks if recognizing risks or unsafe causes to labour accidents/ environments/ health; report to authority for resolve.
