Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for managing offshore maintenance and integrity activities within Block. Ensure that Offshore team meets Company HSE and Operational targets. Direct reports are Offshore team leaders (Lead Technicians) , Material controller/ coordinator in accordance with Company Organisation Chart
- Be accountable for the reliability and integrity of the Asset. He will ensure offshore Operations and Maintenance Teams perform planning and scheduling process and implement maintenance and inspection program in accordance with FIMS, Company procedures & KPI’s Ensure that Safety Critical and Production Critical maintenance backlogs are prioritized & liquidated to the minimum level as low as reasonable practically (ALARP)
- Provide strong safety leadership to ensure a high likelihood of safe maintenance of plant, processes, and equipment
Develop, implement and coordinate Maintenance or HSE initiatives in accordance with requirements of Company/OIM
Be a focal point to manage CMMS Maisy & ONE (Anomalies) systems onboard FPSO. Be responsible for supervising, manage all Maisy & ONE activities - Be an offshore focal point to work closely with onshore support teams (Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering) as necessary to address the arisen maintenance and integrity issues
- Be an offshore gate keeper for Maintenance Management Changes (MMC) on e-MOC system
- Be an offshore focal point to coordinate with Regulatory, Class and Contractors in performing maintenance and inspection as planned.
- Be an offshore final approval of any Purchase Requisitions
- Be responsible for continuous maintenance and integrity improvements
- Be responsible for the reviews and approvals of maintenance and integrity both planned and unplanned activities. consult, coordinate and provide input to Work-Packs, Method Statements.
- Be the key role to coordinate Competence Assurance and to coach the subordinates
- Act as a member of the Incident Control Team and being trained and obtain competency as “On scene Commander for Major Emergencies”.

- High Number of Contractors working on board. 40% to 50% of POB
- Continuous relentless “Life Extension” driven campaigns
Qualifications
• University Degree or higher Degree
• Professional qualifications relevant for position
• Training courses relevant for position.
Candidate Profile (include Skills & Experience, Attributes, Behaviours)
Skills / Experience:
• At least 8 years’ experience in offshore maintenance supervision experience
• Shall have previously fulfilled the requirements of the specified role above in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese
Knowledge (e.g. systems, software, procedures, regulations):• Knowledge of FPSO systems and processes
• Working experience with Maintenance concepts (Preventive, Predictive, Condition Based Maintenance, Risk Based Inspection etc) & CMMS system
• Awareness of Safety Case, Performance Standards, Asset Integrity Management

• Patience and understanding to help inexperienced crew gain knowledge and perform
• Ability to lead the teams to deliver set targets
• Be able to set team goals and set and manage SMART objectives to the individuals responsible for the delivery of those objectives

• Negotiation capability – understanding of contracts
• Supervisory experience in offshore environment
• Work in a multi-national environment experience preferably
