Business Development Manager / Deputy Manager

• Accurately grasps market information and develops EPC/OEM business in social and industrial infrastructure businesses (e.g. Industrial plant/factory, renewable energy, LNG, water, transport etc.)
• Provides strategic planning and growth strategy, and develop new business opportunities
• Builds relationship with potential clients and partners
• Monitors competitors’ activity and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented
• Generates turnover from Japanese/Western/Vietnamese clients to achieve the KGI
• Collaborates with technical team to reach prospective clients
• Contract negotiation and commercial administration
• Translation among Vietnamese, English and Japanese (if required, as available)
• Reports to the BD Department Manager
• Performing other assignments requested by Business Development Manager/ Project Manager.

• Requirements/Qualification

  • Bachelor of degree
  • Fare in English business conversation, reading and writing
  • Has at least 5 years experience in the similar position, especially in EPC or infrastructure industry
  • Required levels of English languages: at least TOEIC score 750
  • Good at Office PC skills
  • Proactive, self-starter, high responsible, result-oriented, open-minded, self-motivated, industrious and honest
  • Willing to travel to other provinces or overseas for meeting with clients, suppliers and other partners
  • Experiences of working in large-scale companies, especially in Japanese ones is an advantage
  • Trustworthy and have good sense of handling sensitive information
  • Have intention of long-term commitment with the company
  Desired
  • Preferably required levels of Japanese (if available): N1 or N2
