ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
• Maintain integrity and perform safe and efficient maintenance of all electrical systems and
equipment in accordance with established procedures
• Understand and follow all rules and procedures
• Report all hazardous conditions, near misses and accidents
• Demonstrate the culture that no job is so routine or urgent that it cannot be done safely
• Effective planning, coordination and communication of daily electrical maintenance activities
• Adherence to Control Of Work system while carrying out all activities
• Respond quickly and effectively to problems / breakdowns
• Responsible for all assigned system/location ownership including housekeeping
• Gathering of data in support of equipment condition monitoring
• Willingness and flexibility to be trained in all aspects of FPSO operations
• Willingness to train and be part of an offshore emergency response team
Qualifications
• Certification as an Industrial Electrician
• 5 years related experience in an industrial maintenance environment (preferably in the offshore
or petrochemical / refinery industry)
• Working knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to the electrical discipline
• Experience with HV / LV power generation and distribution systems
• Experience with AC / DC drive systems and PLC controls
• Experience with the application of computerized maintenance management systems
• Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues
• Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer)
• Leadership and teamwork skills / behaviors which support a team based organization.
• Ability to understand and react with diverse offshore / onshore groups and operations.
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal

Mô tả công việc
- Acknowledge daily production plan from Unit supervisor
- Operate as target according to the company’s standard procedure
- Monitor operating conditions and make in-process adjustments either at the control board or within the plant to ensure safe and efficient process operation
- Monitor control parameter to ensure that machines are operating properly and take recording
- Report any abnormal (If any) to Unit supervisor
- To manage and take care of off-specification product as Unit supervisor’s advice under SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Maintain all equipment and machine follow self-maintenance program
- Issue maintenance work request (If any) which has been approved by Unit supervisor
- Keeping the DCS Console and nearby areas clean and tidy
- To register the applicants which have to work in the responsible area.
- To keep a copy of the Work Permit until the job is completed or canceled.
- To complete or cancel work permits when the job is completed or canceled.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5 years experiences in Boardman (DCS control) of Petrochemicals, Refinery Oil & Gas plant, C4s Plant or related plant.
- Experience in DCS control of Cracking furnace, compressor, Distillation process is preferable
- Experience in Boardman (DCS control) of Utility plant, Boiler Unit, Petrochemicals, Refinery Oil & Gas plant or related plant.
- Experience in Boilers, Demineralization and DCS control of Waster water treatment plant is preferable
- 05 – 08 years of relevant experience.
- Good Communication in English (Speaking, Listening and writing)
- Good collaboration
- Leadership skill
- Challenge mind set and Hands-on.
