MECHANICAL PRECOM ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS
1. Education University
2. Major Mechanic and Mechatronic
3. Working experience Have experience with process systems, mechanical equipment (pump, compressor, crane, diesel engine… ). Being Familiar with instrument fitting standard, piping standard, valves testing standard.
4. English level Intermediate (about Toeic 500)
5. Computer skills Word, Excel, Outlook Express, AutoCAD, Internet another specialize software
6. Training Course Priority for persons who have experience with
– Hydraulic system.
– Rotating equipment.
– Process philosophy
– Valve principle and standard
7. Other requirement Intelligent, hard, and want to work at company for a long time, enthusiasm.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Details:

• Prepare tools and consumable material used for Pre-com and commissioning.
• Base on Project scope of work belong pre-com/commissioning stage Take off Mechanical Check sheet overview and define work items
• Issue Mechanical Completion Check sheet( ITR-A) and Pre- com Check Sheet ( ITR-B).
• Prepare and submit commissioning procedure, change and repair according to Client’s requirement/ pre-com leader and Manager.
• Responsible for checking installation, pre-com and commissioning some systems relevant directly to process system and mechanic system such as: Pumps, Crane, injection system, process and air compressor.
• Through Package engineer and Commercial agents contact to vendor to prepare for Job related vendor representative, work with leader to make vendor schedule during doing job at site.
• Control, work and support vendor during pre-com/commissioning phase.
• Responsible for checking drawing, update documents.
• Complete reports, completion certificate.
• Take part in reviewing TBE, VDR/ VDI, comment procedure, technical standards and other jobs of sub-contractors or clients about prepare procedure, operation.
• Understand jobs of the department which we work for, clarify dull details in the contract of our company and clients and sub-contractors.
• Apply PTW to pre-com and commissioning.
• Have responsibility for solving problems in commissioning procedure, documents of instruments.
• Co-operate with workshop to check tools, all kinds of testing instrument devices, status, quantity, expire date for doing precom and commissioning.
• Take part in testing, calib devices.
• Take part in Mechanical Completion and Pre-commissioning Completion dossier.
• Take part in FAT when required, clear punchlist of FAT, OS&D and clear punchlist when SAT.
• Check machine when received and co-operate with QC and material management person, buyer.
• Report directly pre-com leader about pre-commissioning.
• Take part in checking or collecting all information about ship loose material of instrument and handover to HUC contractor or OIC
• Take part in manage sub-contractor offshore with the role of main contractor with clients.
• Supervise and solve all remaining items about technical of project, even if project hand over to offshore.
