T&I ENGINEER/ T&I FIELD ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS

Education level : Bachelor / Graduated from Technical University/ Polytechnic University / Engineer Degree

Major : Marine Operations / Offshore Installation/ Mechanical Engineering.

Experience : 

• At least 02 years of experience working in maritime sector, on the Derrick Barge, Pipe-lay Barge, DSV…ect or the related division.
• Familiarity with engineering standards relevant to the oil and gas pipeline
  industry (including DNV, ASME, API, etc.)
• English LevelMinimum TOEIC 500 or equivalentComputerMS Office (Word, Excel, Power Points, Out Look), Auto CAD or any others

Qualifications : 

• HUET
• BOSIET.
• Any other related qualifications or certifications regarding  Maritime operations, Inspections

Other expected requirements

• Enthusiastic, active and have ability to work under pressure and have the good skill of communication
• Understand the Vietnamese Law and International law of Marine Operations.
• Have good communication skills
• Familiar with OIL & GAS engineering standards relevant to the oil and gas pipeline industry (including DNV, ASME, API, etc.).
• Have advanced knowledge of computer systems and able to manage the specialized software like Auto-pipe, OFFPIPE, OLGA.
• Have basic cognition of Company’s  management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and 5S

JOB DESCRIPTION
Details:

• Participate in T&I Bidding, evaluation and choose the T&I Subcontractor for the project.

   

• Monitor the construction status, interface with the T&I Subcontractor to ensure the load-out of facility as per the schedule.

   

• Work with T&I OIC for the schedule to receive all Riggings, Installation aids, Sea fastening materials on time and handover to Construction team to pre-install on Project objects on time.

   

• Work with T&I OIC for Vessel movement plan.

   

• Monitor T&I Subcontractor and PTSC SB for berthing plans of Vessels including anchorage, Towage, load out and sea-fastening for Projects object

   

• Work with the Transportation and Installation Subcontractor for T&I Engineering Deliverables.

   

• Ensure all updated, revised documentation from Detail Engineer to be supplied to T&I subcontractor on time.

   

• Work together with Clients MWS, T&I Subcontractor for Inspect T&I spread vessel use for Transportation and installation of Projects objects.

   

• Study, review and comment on T&I Engineering documentations: Installation analysis, anchor pattern, Installation procedure, commissioning plan, …

   

• Responsible to report to T&I Manager, T&O Maritime Team Leader for progress of offshore transportation and installation works.
• Study all lessons learnt related with previous T&I project and make sure the same mistake is not repeated during  the T&I  of the current/next project.
